Napolitans, or Neapolitans, are the name for individually wrapped squares of chocolate. While too thin too have a filling, these squares are ideal to mix with dry ingredients such as spices or nuts.
I love napolitans because it reminds me my own mother, who has napolitan ancestry, and who always carry in her purse a few little squares of chocolate in case of emergency for a coffee or snack.
